Well, it was a so-so week as far as workouts go. Monday night I got a sore throat and a beyond runny nose. It has gotten better since then, but no clue what is causing it! I go to the allergist on Tuesday morning for a complete retest, so perhaps that will give me some answerers if it could be food related or just a virus. I discovered on Christmas 2011 that raw potatoes make my nose run like crazy, so it is not out of the realm of possibilities it could be an allergic reaction. I haven’t been retested since Winter of 2011, so I am excited to see if any thing changed at all.
So, here is what I accomplished this week workout wise:
Not exactly what I had planned, but could have been worse. I got in a 3 mile run this afternoon in the cold, 20F temps but had some gorgeous sun! I’m not discouraged about this week, it is what it is. Hoping to get in more consistent workouts this coming week.
On our way home from Up-North today we ran in to American Home Fitness so I could get more weights for my barbell. I was pleased to have scored a deal! Manager closeouts at $0.79/lb! I got two-25lb plates, two-20 lb. plates and two-7.5 lb. plates and am excited to put them to use tomorrow (well, not all of them together, lol)

Got a great workout in at the track today. Sprints, push ups, jumping jacks, planks and a few slow laps. It was a gorgeous day here!

Awesome Sarah! Glad you had a great workout! I need to head over to our local high school track to shake things up a bit!

Thanks Jennifer. Yea. I’m not sure why I keep getting this unless I just wore myself down so much with the Goody Challenge. Ugh!
