The kind of sore that makes me feel good though, like I worked HARD and am getting stronger. I did miss my Sunday Summary though yesterday because I ended up pinching a nerve in my back and the last thing I wanted to do was sit
After a massage by my husband and a quick trip to see my Chiropractor at home yesterday, the nerve issue is doing much better now but I have been walking and stretching constantly to keep my muscles loose.
Alright, back to my recap:
I had a great week of getting some miles in!
Sunday was my best day – I ran the Crim 10 Miler followed by the 5K with my family. Lots of walking later too and I ended up with over 20 Miles recorded by my Jawbone UP!
This weekend my raffle for the Swirlgear tee ended too! Congrats to Lisa! Stay tuned for another cool giveaway later this week.
I also have not felt any PF pain since mile 7/8 of the Crim 10 Mile and a bit after that day! WOO HOO! Thinking my Glycerin 11 along with the orthotics are providing some awesome support!
I am eagerly awaiting my training plan for the next few days, but in the mean time I am focusing on doing all I can to help my muscles recover and eliminate soreness.
Thinking another epsom salt bath and compression tights are in my future this evening.
