When was the last time you chased your kids around the playground? Climbed up to and then slid down a slide? Swung on a swing?
For most of us, it's been a while but I can tell you it sure is a great way to burn off some calories and use some muscles that you don't typically use in addition to a host of other benefits!
Easter threw me for a loop, it really did. I spent Saturday with my love, and his family, and there was lots and lots of food involved. Heck, for breakfast we went through 2 dozen eggs and 20 Trader Joe's hashbrowns. Not the worst of foods, but that was breakfast. I really need to be more mindful of the food I eat and the effect is has on my body and mind.
